the need

Post the 2008 market crisis, the financial markets experienced disintermediation by the traditional Broker Dealers involved in the mortgage capital markets. Wall Street’s reluctance to provide balance sheet solutions to their customers has impacted market liquidity for institutions. This disintermediation created opportunities for experienced Brokers and Placement Agents with the skills to negotiate, structure and transact whole loans and to develop non-structured solutions for the secondary market. Non-traditional Firms with strong relationships and experienced talent have taken market share from the Broker Dealer community.

The importance of having the ability to underwrite has been replaced by the ability to establish direct relationships between sellers and investors that result in ongoing liquidity. MCA can meet the need by providing brokerage or secondary market services to institutional investors. MCA’s goal is to provide premier non-structured market solutions to our clients.
