michael millard
Michael Millard has been specializing in the commercial and residential mortgage secondary markets for over 35 years. Prior to forming Millard Capital Advisors, LLC, he spent 19 years as Managing Director at WJ Mayer & Co./ William J. Mayer Securities , LLC. Michael was responsible for Business Development between Originators and Investors for Commercial and Residential Mortgages with a particular focus on creating Mortgage Flow programs and bulk sales in the secondary mortgage markets. Earlier in his career, he sold and traded FHA Insured Multi-family loans and was at the vanguard of the CMBS market while with USGI Inc and Cheslock Baaker Associates. Michael’s career started at Merrill Lynch and Citibank. He received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and holds series 7, 50 & 63 licenses.

Dorothy mosko
Dorothy Mosko has been involved with strategic initiative development and execution for 30 years, with a focus in Financial Services for the past 16 years . Prior to forming Millard Capital Advisors, LLC she was consulting on an operations initiative at a Connecticut HedgeFund and worked with Soros Fund Management leading and executing business initiatives across the front, middle and back office. Dorothy has a background in business development and sales. She worked in Alternative Healthcare and the Building Industry prior to Financial Services. Dorothy earned her undergraduate degree from Caldwell University.
